Established in 2006, HWOS is a family-run business that started with the aim to offer a better service and price to the heating engineer trade. The online store sells a wide variety of products to trade customers only, offering parts matching and service and repairs.
We were tasked to provide a platform for the client to sell their ever-growing database of over 70,000 products to their very busy and demanding target market.
Starting from the ground up, Hush Digital crafted a completely bespoke eCommerce solution for HWOS. Hush further developed numerous bespoke built elements including tailored payment gateways and multi-checkout options for customer satisfaction, various delivery methods and third-party integrations, access point installations, automatic shopping estimators, seamless integration with third-party inventory and parts systems, tailored CSV importers, split order module development to cater for multiple stockists and much more.
With a tailored website being built off an eCommerce CMS framework and loads of bespoke features integrated into the site, the overall result was a powerful trade-only eCommerce website capable of showcasing and selling thousands of products for one of the UK’s leading spares merchants.
Our website has been developed and hosted by Hush Digital since 2015, and since then the online sales side of our business has grown dramatically.
