2019 is a really special year for the team at Hush Digital, having rebranded to our new name in March. As part of our ambitious plans for the future, we need an extra pair of hands on the sales side to push our growth even further. So, have you got what it takes to be the next HushBot?
The Sales Support role will be a core cog in our sales team, assisting the Business Development Director in the delivery of our core business development plans and strategy, focussing on generating new leads and drumming up new business.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of our growing digital agency, and whilst skills and experience are of course very important, personality is absolutely key to this role and you must be highly engaging, self-motivated and super resilient in order to really succeed!
Your key responsibilities will include:
You need to be a confident and outgoing individual who has the ability to use your own initiative by managing your own time with minimum supervision, and prioritise your workload with maximum efficiency. You need to possess skills in negotiation, rapport building, sales and account management, and you must be highly driven to succeed.
You will work alongside the BDD to ensure KPIs are achieved monthly, reporting back during the monthly sales meeting. All activity will be uploaded weekly onto the CRM system.
Other Necessities: A full clean driving license and your own vehicle
Job Type: Permanent and full-time
Working Week: Typically Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00 but there will be occasions where earlier/later attendance is required for events and deadlines
Wage: A competitive basic salary (depended on experience in sales and our sector) plus performance-based bonus rewards
