This role will be a core cog in our sales team, working with the Business Development Director in the delivery of our core business development plans and strategy, focussing on generating new leads and drumming up loads of new business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
You need to be a confident and outgoing individual with the ability to use your own initiative by managing your own time with minimum supervision, and prioritise your workload with maximum efficiency. You need to possess skills in negotiation, rapport building, sales and account management, and you must be highly driven to succeed.
Key Performance Indicators:
You will support the BDD to ensure KPIs are achieved monthly, reporting back during the monthly sales meeting. All activities will be uploaded weekly onto the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time
Working Week: Typically Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00 but there will be occasions where earlier/later attendance is required for events and deadlines
Remote Working: Predominantly office-based (when you’re not on the road!) until probation is passed, then a hybrid arrangement can be set up if suitable
Wage: Starting at £25k DOE + uncapped commission for OTE
